I've reached out to you by US-Postal Mail , before concerning my account. My Husband and I are being Harassed every day from BMW Financial Services. We are paying for our 2013 BMW 535i every month, ( the payment, and overage of the amount), but yet representatives, says payments are late, missing, haven't received. The account surely is not what's stated by BMW Financial Services. We are paying over, and over for bogus charges, ie saving account for the overage, instead of applying to the principle.
