I am a principle in an American company looking to acquire businesses in the Advertising and Marketing industry and saw you are a high profile business leader with a successful track record with BMW. But I am not writing to pick your brain. As we are doing our due diligence on this industry, we'll decide if an acquisition program works. If so, we'll bring on an experienced Board Chairman for our Board of Directors. You might be interested in that and if we're a fit I wanted you to know founding Board members will never be asked for capital and founding directors will be GIVEN equity.
