I am writing to complain about an issue with Flights - departure Italy.
I raised my issue within your organisation, via Resolver, on 22 February 2016 and followed that by emailing Siobhan O'Neill on 8 March 2016 to bring it to her attention.
My issue is still unresolved, hence my need to involve you in helping to resolve this problem.
