Liza Schejtman-Bach sent a message to Peter Adderton that said:

We have only been with TMobile for less than three months, and our experience has been such a poor one that we are contemplating contacting the FCC and filing a formal complaint.

Our experience involves overt dishonesty on the part of the salespeople we dealt with, so overt that it could easily constitute fraud. I would hope that TMobile does not co-sign that type of behavior, but at this point, I cannot be sure.

I would like to be contacted by someone from corporate/executive office to address our experience. Thank you.
