Sourav sent a message to Lee Kun-Hee Chairman, Samsung – email address that said:
Bought Samsung Refrigerator Top Mount Freezer for 70K at Kohinoor , Lokhandwala, Andheri Mumbai 3 month ago.
Right from first day the refrigerator was not working properly it is not maintaining the temperature, sweating and produced a lot of humming sound,
lodged many complaints but Samsung technicians refused to accept the problem with the machine till the cooling stopped.
So finally the Samsung technician has accepted that one PCB part is damaged that needs to be replaced which has caused the cooling problem.
Now the cooling has been stopped altogether within 3 months of buying the product. It clearly indicated the defective piece has been shipped for 70K at my place.
With no alternative provided, am calling customer care for replacement but with no proper replies.
In nutshell, till today, I am writing this mail to you to rase my concern that my faulty refrigerator is not replaced yet and did not receive any firm commitment from anybody after spending so much time money.
Everybody, took this matter as a general practice and did not bring solution as a responsible person/authority.
If the issue is not resolved immediately , I have no other option but to approach consumer court for this issue.
