Nagui sent a message to Saun Bruce W Van – Chief Executive Officer, Citizens Bank RBS Citizens – Email Address that said:
Branch on Kidder street Wilkes Barre PA,is in disrespect for rules and regulations,I think it was pure carelessness or lack of knowledge,they debited my son Joseph from (no enough funds cover) to begin with and or any authorization in place,none.Then add insult to injury $35 surcharge,what a mess from a bank you think can bank on.I trust that is unacceptable.What bothered me how rudely they at Branch brushed him off with nonsense.
