Claim submitted in April, again in July - never heard ANYTHING. Called 3 times - even spoke with a manager. NOTHING !! OH! yes "I'll get it done" was said several times. The last time I called was 10/2/18 and spoke with Khaledda and that she was sending back to claims and that claims was to contact us. - NOTHING.

The claim was was a provider that doesn't take insurance so my wife submitted "PAIN IN FULL" receipts, for clarity and to have the payment come to us. So today with a bit of research we find out they sent a SMALL check to the wrong person. AND according to the "file" the total amount was $144 and some cents. BUT the check cut was for around $142 and some odd cents, which doesn't make "sense".

You must have a great time with the federal and state insurance regulators.

How can you run a business like this? Your picture looks like you are a capable person !!!!!

Bottom line - Humana system is NOT set up for REAL service.

I really doubt we will renew. We're searching and I will place several rating on line, so people can be warned.

"Under his leadership, Humana is creating an integrated care delivery model that is expected to drive lower costs, enhanced quality, improved outcomes and a better member experience." This has NOT been our experience.

I'm sorry to have to go to this extent, but we are NOT getting service.
