Your associates at the has fail... and has made me an unha[ppy customer. An order was placed with a live associate, a confirmation of the order given......a confirmation of shipment....a confirmation of arrival in the store...nly to find that the order is incomplete. The associates at the above number attempted to blame that somethings stock is low...order should have not been taken; nevertheless , no comfort to me, because within the 7 -10 days of awaiting no notification of my order being incomplete. I have a Wine , Cheese Jazz affair , which now has created emotional distress and heightened anxiety since the event is at the end of the week, and your people showed little to no concern, trying to direct blame/fault to the store of pickup, which was more helpful and concern of my dilemma. The ball was dropped between the initial order and the warehouse shipment, which no notice that the order was short and could not be fulfilled. I look forward to your response on this matter.
