Can you please contact me as soon as possible? We have a small business account as well as a letter of credit with Citizen's Bank. NO ONE WILL HELP US! We are being charged over $1000 to keep our money in Citizen's Bank so that we could have a letter of credit to open up a small business. It was never disclosed that we would need to pay interest on the letter of credit of $150 and then 2% per year. The letter of credit for $54,000 was savings that we had and that we opened up an account in Citizen's Bank and we were told that there would be no fees because it was our money that was going into the account. Can you or someone please help us?
