Can you tell me please why I have been waiting over 2 hours to talk to some one in your customer services cut off 3 times told to use web chat that does not work and all because your company says that I have an invalid email so all attempts to do the job on line have failed.this is the very email that you have sent me my itinerary confirmation on Booking no ELYHQS. Can you stir them up please best wishes Alan.
