Fraser Mitchell sent a message to Richard Fairbank that said:

Dear Mr. Fairbank.
As a customer of Capital One Visa (UK) for may years I have been appalled by Capital One Visa's facilitation of an on-line booking fraud carried out by Guest Reservations (USA). This is currently being investigated by the Police.
I cannot understand why I am being held liable for this fraudulent charge despite me taking immediate action and there being no negligence on my part.
I have exhausted the Complaints Procedure.
I do hope for the reputation of Capital One that you will investigate this as it involves fraud (UK Fraud Act 2006) and possibly money laundering as Guest Reservations passed my 'fraudulent booking' to Hotelbeds.com (Spain) via Getaroom.com (Texas).
