Dear Mr. Fairbank, I have two business checking accounts and two business lines of credits for over 15 years. I have been unable to use the remote app to make tenants deposits. I have contacted your service line since March 15, 2020 and have made over 25 calls. They refer to tech team--Xavier and now Trevor. This matter was to be resolved by Friday, April 10.
