The purpose of this correspondence is to express my concern with my card being placed on permanent restriction because Capital One did not authorize my method of payment. However, I was not informed of this until several months of Captial One receiving my payments in the same format which they say they did not authorize. I paid Capital One weekly before my payment was due. I have had this account since 2013. I appreciated Capital One providing this card. I am disappointed that my account has been restricted (closed) due to my method of payment and nothing else. My sister paid on this account for me. She verified the information with customer service as well.
I am asking for your assistance in this matter and I use this card to pay bills.
