@CapitalOne – Richard Fairbank – Good Afternoon Sir, Thank you for taking the time to read this letter, and I

Raymond Rosado sent a message to Richard Fairbank that said:

Good Afternoon Sir,

Thank you for taking the time to read this letter, and I hope your day is going well. I’m writing because I noticed that my most recent credit report contains late payments reported on Dec 2015- March 2016 for my Capital one account.

I want you to know that I understand my financial obligations, and if it weren’t for my soon to be Wife's Dream wedding goals, I would have made payments, as usual. (Happy Wife, Happy Life) I have an excellent repayment record with Capital One and I made a mistake in falling behind, but since then, I have always made it my priority to make payments and set aside money to improve my credit line with Capital One. Since then, I’ve had a spotless record of on-time payments.

I am planning to apply for a mortgage in the near future to start a family with my wife, and it’s come to my attention that the missed payment on my record could hurt my ability to qualify. I truly believe that it doesn’t reflect my creditworthiness and commitment to repaying my debts. It would help me immensely if you could give me a second chance and make a goodwill adjustment to remove the late payment on Dec 2015- Mar 2016.

Thank you for your consideration, any help with this matter will be deeply appreciated and I hope you’ll approve of my request.

Best,
Raymond Rosado
