David Cafferata sent a message to Richard Fairbank that said:
Good day Mr. Richard D. Fairbank,
Their are times when the Boss doesn't get all the information. I was flat out lied too by Capital One Representatives, I was told that I was added as the account manager on my wife's credit card, since I deal with all the bills. So the next time I called, your Representative failed to do her job or lied about what she said she could. The next Representative said Capital One could due a direct deposit to our bank, since we had a credit on our account, but my next call to do that transfer, I was told that can't happen and Nani one of your Supervisor's, didn't care what your employees said or did or didn't do and instead of listening to what I had to say, I was placed on hold without knowledge and she never came back to the phone. I'm only one of many disabled Veterans that have some type of an a count with Capital One, how many more of us are being wrongfully treated. Thank you for your time. Regards, David Cafferata, MSG Retired, US Army.
