I became a Capital One customer when you took over Chevy Chase Bank to expand your services. My home branch was in Fort Washington, MD where every time I went, there were so many customers I usually had to stand in line. We do not know the reason the branch was closed doing such phenomenal business. My loyalty has been paid by closing the branch and causing inconvenience to us for no reason. I strongly recommend the Branch be reopened to serve all the loyal customers, minority or otherwise. Please let me know if Capital One acquired Chevy Chase to expand business, then why isCapital One closing Branches, especially those in minority communities.
