I, James Turner - a customer of Capital One since 2004 - have a complaint. I have contacted Capital One, twice, and was treated poorly by your personnel. I manage my account properly, pay a large amount monthly, and always early and on time. Today, on January 14th, 2020, I called Capital One to change my mailing address, and they restricted my account, and when I tried to verify myself, they treated me like a criminal. Your people treated me - a valued customer - like a criminal. This is not Capital One in my wallet. Please respond, ASAP.
