I'm a loyal customer that pays her credit card on-time. I contacted your customer service department on May 16, 2020. The called was returned and I asked if my interest rate could be lowered. I explained why I wanted a lower interest rate. The Customer Service Representative was like a broken record. I told that the only promotions you are offering is to not pay my bill essentially making my bill zero and deferment. I told her I want to pay my bill but would like a lower interest to pay it off. I think that someone that wants to pay and not ask for zero (0) which would put me in more debt. How is this going to help me. I contacting you for your help in this matter. I'm impacted by COVID-19 but I pay my bills for now. I don't know what's going to happen down the line if another pandemic happens. I might not be able to pay my bills. But. if I could get the interest rate lowered it would help me to pay the credit card balance off. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
