Mr Fairbank I have one of your credit cards and i love it because it helps me with my credit report by paying my bills on time but this time I paid my bill and now the put a freeze on my account. They are saying that the card I used of which I'm on furlough from my job do to the covid-19 so I'm getting unemployment so they issued me a card of which it's a prepay card and that's the card I paid my bill so now my account is up to date but can't use it because they saying that I need an account number of which I don't have cause of it being a prepay card the operator and myself was on the phone from which the card came from and they told them the same thing but yet my card is still frozen I'm writing you to see If there was anything that you can do to help me to continue having your card.
