I'm writing in hope's that you will help me with a past due reversal on my account. My account has been open for more than 10 years, I have not used the account since 2015. this year was the 1st year i missed my $20 membership fee, which would have been due in March 2020. with all the chaos, i missed it. I paid the fee in April, as soon as i found out. This is the only neg on my credit report and now its impacting my refi score. I take care of my 80 year mother and almost 60 myself. I need to lower my mortgage to keep my home. I'm pleading for the removal of this late payment. If you need to pull my credit report to confirm all the account that are on time. I would do that.. Please help me and my family... this is a $20 error with such a high price to pay. i need your help.
