My experience with Capital One recently has been horrible. In trying to do more business with C1 it has turned into an experience that has no relevance to the ads you run on television that depict a seamless experience. I have not found anyone to help me...as a long term customer of C1 trying to do more business with you. If this is the standard level of experience for customers I would rather do business with someone that values my account and my business.
