Teresa Murray sent a message to Richard Fairbank that said:

My name is Irma T Murray, my father recently passed so I called up to close his account. He gets a small pension sent to his account. I called the 800 customer service number and got Arnold on the phone. Told him we need the account closed before the beginning of the month to stop his pension. He said he could handle this, gave home all the information he asked for. He told us the account then closed, he would send an email and the final bank statement saying that its been closed. To my surprise today I see that the account was reopened and the pension check was put in it. I needed the 0 balance to be sent to medicade so we can bury my father. Called again to April 30th and was told by Arnold supervisor and she tells me it takes 10 buisness days to complete this. I wish I was told of this in the beginning. It won't be closed now til May 5. This is a terrible for my family, and I have to deal with people not knowing what their doing. Funerals now are being put off because of whats going on. Now I'm going to have to put it off because of this. Irma T Murray
