Established newspaper columnist. Wife established psychologist. Open 360 account. Took more than an hour hour to add me on to each account. One incompetent person after another. I went through five security checks. I spoke with five different people. I was security cleared and then when I went in to add myself to the checking account I was forced to go through the same process! I am now at one hour and counting today. You have my email address.
