Sir. I just got through contacting your company in regards to getting a Venture Card. I was told that I would not be able to get the rewards for a new account since I already had a Capital One card. I have been a customer for 19 years. It seems to me but you do not reward loyalty to your company, only to people that do new accounts. I do not understand that philosophy. It seems to me that you would reward people who have stayed with your company. I only ask that you give me rationale for this company policy. Thank you so much for your time sir.
