I brought you guys my car for a inspection of my paint issue I contacted your paint department twice spoke with the women at front desk that helps out in paint department. I was told TWICE That we swill get back to you when we send out information to corporate office. I spent 3 hours coming from Broward and waiting for the inspection ,that was after Coral springs Nissan told me that we don't have a paint department after Weston Nissan told me to make an appt with Coral springs Nissan. So at least 8 hours into this paint problem with rust coming up THUR my paint all over THE roof of MY ARMADA.
AND NOW YOU SEND ME A SERVICE REQUEST
What a joke of a company
PS I spent two days 2 hours each day on hold waiting for customer service
WHY DON'T YOU TRY TO CALL YOUR OWN CS DEPT AND SEE HOW LONG IT TAKES JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.
And I was supposed to be part of the family!!!!
