Dear Sir / Madam,

My car's VIN number is JN8AT2MV0JW341723.

I am beyond enraged with my 2018 Nissan Rogue SV that I bought less than 6 months back. I bought top trim with AWD and all the bells and whistles thinking that I and my family will be safe. I couldn't have been more wrong.

This morning, I was turning on a road with snow and the brakes won't work. I crashed into a pile of snow about 2-3 feet high and the front 2 wheels were stuck and didn't have traction. I thought my car's AWD shouldn't have any problem pulling the car back because rear 2 wheels were firmly on the ground. I was daydreaming. The stupid intelligent AWD was not able to detect and divert the power to the rear wheels. I was stuck for 90 minutes before roadside assistance pulled me out. I did not buy the top trim level to experience such basic issues. While I was stuck, the SOS button in the car won't work neither did automatic collision detection did anything. Not that I was expecting collision detection to work, it was probably far fetched.

I need you to know that the car is probably not built/tested for Snow. Such limitations should be well defined and explained to customers before they make their buying decision. I live in Minnesota and we have snow at least 5 months of the year. I am so disappointed with my decision to buy the Nissan Rogue. It pains me to think that my car is not so safe after all.

Being stuck with your wife for 90 mins while your 2 kids and the dog are at home. Put yourself in my shoes and tell me why I shouldn't be enraged.

I hope you have a good day. At least better than I had, thanks to my Nissan Rogue.

Regards
