Hello Mr. Uchida, I'm hoping that you can help me to get out of this nightmare experience with Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation. In early September 2020 I purchased a vehicle from Hall Nissan in Virginia Beach. The dealership financed the incorrect vehicle in my name. Once I brought this to dealership's attention, they immediately sent a payoff check to NMAC via UPS to payoff this vehicle on my behalf. The payoff check was received by NMAC on 9/10/20. I began call NMAC regarding the finalization of this account on 9/9/20; however, as of today, I've spoken to several of your employers who informed me this check has not been credited to my account. This is unacceptable and needs to be rectified immediately. Needless to say, this has been a horrible experience and because of this we regret every purchasing a vehicle from Nissan. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding this matter as the 1st payment on this account is due on 10/20/20.
