Hello Sir.
I am a first time customer of a Nissan Motor Vehicle. I have purchased a low mileage 2015 Nissan Sentra. The cars transmission has a problem that is well documented by a large number of other customers as is viewed on the internet.
My 2015 Used Nissan Sentra makes a loud whine noise when accelerating and while driving, it shifts and loses RPM.
Now, the response from my local dealership, Fred Anderson Nissan, is that they cannot find or duplicate my problem.
I have been a long time Toyota car/truck owner and deeply regret getting this Nissan because it has relatively low mileage and has a major, expensive fault.
I ask that you intervene with Fred Anderson Nissan and make me a Nissan fan. Otherwise, I will need to make sure everyone knows that buying a Nissan is a bad idea.
Having a major issue on a car this new and that the dealer refuses to acknowledge.
Without getting my problem permanently resolved, I will get rid of this car and never again consider a Nissan product, neither will my family and friends and anybody else I inform how awful your product is.
