I am writing to see if you can help me. I have a 2006 Nissan Navarra which has failed its inspection due to a corroded Chassis. The MD Alex Smith will not help and only passes me off to the Customer services which lie and will give assistance or even be professional. My vehicle is 12yrs and 1 month old only has 85K miles and not used as a work vehicle but now Nissan will not help as it is one month out of the 12 yr mark. There was a campaign but I was never informed and only found out by going to a dealership which I now have a copy. These notices were never sent out and now the consumers are out of pocket, without a vehicle or they may not know they are using a dangerous vehicle.
