I leased a 2020 Nissan Rogue 16 months ago. The Dealership, Jeff Wyler Nissan Shelbyville Road, Louisville Ky 40206 contacted me about terminating my lease and getting a new car. After review, I decided that was more then I could afford and I contacted Nissan regarding purchasing my present vehicle. They provided me a payoff and said.I.would need to go to dealership and request a purchase order as I had already arranged financing. The dealership refused saying they were not accepting 3rd party financing. This is illegal and I have every right to obtain financing on my own. I have filed a complaint with Nissan/Infinity and plan to also file a.complaint with the Kentucky Attorney General as it is his jurisdiction. This illegal practice is as old as the hills used to intimidate prospective buyers, as is the method of getting someone into the dealership to buy their vehicle and sell them a new more expensive model. I will never buy from Nissan in the future and am sorry I got involved with such dishonest people.
