My daughter has been having the hardest with a car she purchased from Team Nissan on Keller St in Manchester NH (usa). she hasn't had it for long and the transmission was acting up. she was instructed to have it flushed, she did for $500.00, little while later, transmission is acting up again. she brought it back to the dealer and they informed her it needs a new transmission for a bill of $5,000. they had her car for a month, she got it back yesterday and less than 30 miles from the dealership and it left her stranded on the side of the road. The manchester office employees are horrible and not customer friendly, They are rude and laugh at people who are having it hard. I was so upset I called the Tennesee Cooperate Office and I was hung up on. this has been a nightmare. this is why i am reaching out to you. Please please please help us. I am ready to go to the better business bureau and look into a lawyer. It is a shame the way these employees of your company treat people. My daughter still owes $12,000 on this car. I am very upset for her.

I have been more than patient with this matter and really need someone from your CEO office to help us. The branch in Tennesee is rude and will not help us at all, they hung up on me and told me it is not something they can help us with!!!
