Leslie Paul Quezaire, JMU 88' sent a message to Thomas Folliard that said:

Good afternoon Mr. Nash. I hope that this email finds you and the family doing well. I am reaching via this email is to solicit a contribution to the Walter W. Jackson Memorial Scholarship drive. Please find the link for the Walter W. Jackson Scholarship Drive attached. Brother Walter was my line-brother and the anchor of our line, Mass Production, Spring 87' (#11 of 11). It was a tremendous lost to all of us when Walter died in 2014.

To honor Walter, and the service that his life embodied, and the work and legacy of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, both on the campus of James Madison University, in the Harrisonburg, Virginia community, in these United States, we are trying to establish a permanent scholarship in Walter's name to be administered by the JMU Administration, Office of Annual Giving. Please find attached the link to the Walter W. Jackson Memorial Scholarship, that I hope you will review, and I hope you will decide to support and contribute. If you have a million $$, or not, please give a few bucks (smiling). Any support that you can give is greatly appreciated, and its tax deductible. My Brothers and I are attempting to reach our goal of $50,000 by October 26, 2019, which will be James Madison University's Homecoming weekend, and coincide with the Xi Delta Chapter celebrating 40 years of service on the campus of JMU and the Harrisonburg community.

Again, We hope that your contribution will help us reach our goal, and give us a triple reason to celebrate..Homecoming, Xi Delta's 40th Anniversary on the JMU campus and fully endowing the Walter W. Jackson Scholarship. Bill, if I can put aside the formalities thank you in advance for any support you can give for our fellow dearly departed JMU Alumnae. Hope to see you in 9 days at JMU's Homecoming. Lets Go Dukes.
