Hello - I am an angry customer. I recently purchased my third vehicle from Carmax because the previous purchase experiences were awesome. This last one - not so much. I bought a 2018 Toyota 4Runner in Ashburn, VA. I live in West Virginia and went to get it inspected and it failed, due to a couple issues. One being a leak in the rear axle, and another for tint being too dark in front. I dropped it off almost 10 days ago, and still don't have it back. And no ETA either! This is unacceptable and I intend to make a fuss until I get my vehicle back. Can you help at all?
