I would like to discuss with you all the problems and run around I am having with getting my car fixed, that I've only had a week and a half before having to put it in the shop. As of now, I will NOT be recommending any of my family or friends EVER use CarMax to buy a car. So far, I have had nothing but poor customer service. For this company to say "They stand by their car" I have yet to received that kind of service. I am very dissatisfied with my all around service!
Thank you for taking the time to reach back out to me so we can discuss this matter and resolve it! I will hate to have to get my lawyer involved to take further legal actions.
