I have been a loyal customer since the restaurant first opened 20 years ago.
It is with displeasure that I report the service at Bonefish Grill #7009 is at an all-time low.
The service has been consistently poor for nearly 2 years. I have observed the bartenders and staff treat customers poorly with disrespect. I have tried to overlook the poor service considering Covid. I always tip well over 20% and the service remains poor.
From my perspective, this speaks to the quality of your onsite management as well as the quality of your personnel. I have had it!
Apparently, I am not alone with my assessment because the patronage at this location is clearly down. This restaurant used to be an extremely popular neighborhood favorite; and now there are very few customers inside. Comparatively, Stonewood Grill in Brandon is packed daily!
I respectfully bring this to your attention because the good people of Brandon deserve better!
