I live in Maineville, OH and received a direct mail piece from Bonefish Grill yesterday announcing the new Specials Menu. I thought you'd like to know that the coupon for a complimentary entree was missing upon delivery. Could it be the post office or someone at the distribution / fulfillment house?
I work in the branding and design industry and understand the challenges and costs of procuring new and keeping customers for brands. I do hope that I am the only disappointed recipient of your direct mail without a coupon, but I doubt it. Hope you and your team can figure out the dishonest link in the chain.
