I thought you might want to know the the FCC is blocking the recording and subsequent replay of Madame Secretary here in Santa Cruz at least.
Xfinity/Comcast has not been able to explain.
Happy to send along a screen shot if provided a way to do so.
Hope I receive an answer to why the FCC is doing this
