they have placed the order and tell me that I will get an email within 2 business days. Then I hear nothiing and I have to call back and get the same thing all over again.

My license expires first of May.
I worked 10 years with Symantec in Eugene Oregon
and had a great working relation with CDW but now I see things have changed.
