Rodney K Schleicher sent a message to Michael Neidorff that said:

I've been a HealthNet member for many, many years. They are refusing to reimburse me for a medical expenditure because I "went out of network". I tried first to go through one of your "network providers", and they were more expensive and lower quality than the provider I ended up using.

Please see that I am reimbursed.
