Hello,

I hope you are having a good day. We have not had internet (we have dial up speed) for the last week. This has happened before and they assured us that we have the necessary equipment and speed for our devices. Our speed this morning read 6.0 and we are paying for 20. A technician came out on May 4, 2020 and told us we needed an extender (we live in a 1300 sq. ft. home). It would cost between $150.00 to $200.00 which we do not have the funds and would not buy this anyway. We are being told by our neighbors that we should have 40. speed for the same amount of money we pay each month. The only reason I am contacting you is because I have been hung up on twice this morning and cannot chat on the computer with Century Link as the connection throws me out. If you could please advise me on how to contact them and get a technician here that can fix this problem I would appreciate it.
