I am writing to you as a last resort to get my problem solved. I set up to receive service from Century Link several months ago and requested that I receive my bills by email. To date this has not happened. Each month I call, spend long periods of time on hold, and am transferred to various departments to get this issue resolved. I called today at 1:58 and at 3:34 I was cut off by Century Link, with no resolution to this problem. I am now at a point where I will have to source a new provider for our Florida home. I feel you need to know the lack of customer I have been provided each and every month since subscribing. My time is as valuable to me as I\'m sure your time is valuable to you.
