am not received the service promised , numerous calls, repair techs, ect Promised certain MBPS don't receive I have spoken with multiple people at 1/800-788-3600 and 1/800-201-4099. I have been paying for a faster service than what I have received. I have been a customer for 21 years and received discounts to offset this. On 1-22-2020 I spent 3.5 hours on the phone and was transferred several times. I was told I cannot get the discounts but the price for life plan was identical to what I had. It is not they lied as I stated I could not have anyone touch the behind the scenes stuff as it would interrupt my service for days. I was told they would send a tech out to my house between 8-12 on 1-23-2020 tick RX133260069 - no one showed up so I called again and was told the ticket was closed that the central office said it was fine. My line is not fine, I am paying for 4mbps and only getting 2.4 mbps. It is a known issue that the line needs to be replaced. I asked to just receive my discounts and have my account left alone. On 1-23-2020 I am working on 2 hours n the phone again and getting no where.

Your Desired Resolution:
I would like to have the discounts in the amount of $50.00 per month added to my bill moving forward where I do not have to renew them. This will compensate me for my time and the years I have not received the service I have been paying for. I want a formal apology over the phone and in writing for the bad service I received over the phone from numerous representatives.
