I recently moved and just trying to get my service transferred to our new home has been literally impossible.
My wife and I have been on the phone for hours trying to get help.
The people we have talked to do not seem to know how or even care how to help you.
Both my wife and I have been lied to multiple times.
The call center (s) we talked to seem to be there to be difficult.
I deal with customers daily in the trucking industry and my wife who works for a county in Idaho have never been treated so poorly and feel we would both loose our jobs if we handle ourselves the same way.
After reading some of the thousands of complaints on the internet it\'s hard to believe you haven\'t addressed this situation and wanted to correct it.
Have you tried calling in for service with your own company to see how the employees handle things?
My, my and you allow these people to get paid for treating your customers so poorly.
I\'m sorry but I do not care to do business with your company anymore.
