Dear Mr. Post,

I have had a huge problem with a Prism bill for weeks. I don't know how many time I have called to try to fix this. I have spoken to Lorenzo, on March 30th and gotten disconnected with no call back. I have spoken with Eva, Nicole, Holly Griggs, Morgan, Brady Miller, Vanessa, Desmond and Kirsha. I was promised a refund on my account of $246.21 in March by Paul. I was then encouraged to take on Direct TV to save $ which I did. Then, the $246.21 was added back as an adjustment on my April Bill. I keep trying to speak to a supervisor, and none comes on the phone. Kirsha told me there are NO NOTES in 2018 on my account! I have been given 866-314-4148 as a direct number to Prism, but that turned out to be repair. I tried to contact Matthew Linn who was a supervisor who helped me in the beginning in 2011, but his email bounced back. Please contact me asap to try to fix this mess.
