Dear Mr. Post:
Sadly, I'm coming to you because the Customer Service Team that represents Northern New Jersey has made the seemingly simple request to have land-line phone service installed in my mother's home, a nightmare. Please note that the dwelling already has phone jacks and has previously had landline service.
I called on July 5th to request service. The earliest appointment is July 17th. Though I set up the account, they will not even give me a window of service time, or even confirm that they are coming on the 17th, despite the fact that I have provided
PoA proof, as requested. Now they say it will take a day or two to process it.
