@centurylink – Glen Post – Dear Mr. Storey. I have been trying for months to resolve an issue with Century

Sabina Clemens sent a message to Glen Post that said:

Dear Mr. Storey. I have been trying for months to resolve an issue with Century Link without success. I had your service for only a month in May, and after cancelling, shipped back the equipment and a check for what I owed. The rep from the 844-212-0179 claims they can't find the check because it was supposed to send somewhere different which nobody told me. I would now have to pay almost as much to cancel this check that your company lost as I owe for the month of service. What is worse and deeply concerning is that this rep has threatened to trash my credit. I am extremely disappointed in your company. Do you have any idea on how to solve this problem? Thanks.
