I would like to know why your company can not restore my DSL and my sisters DSl or my side of KINDER'S DSL I WAS SCHEDULE TICKETS ON THE 10TH THE 12TH THE 16TH THE 22ND AND NOW THE 29TH OF SEPTEMBER BUT I AM SURE THAT WILL GET CANCELLED JUST LIKE THE REST BY THE SO CALLED TECHNICIAN WITH MORE LIES BY THE PEOPLE I TALK TO AT YOUR COMPANY WHICH TELL ME THREE DIFFERENT EXCUSES IN THE SAME CONVERSATION. which NON OF THEM RING TRUE. THEN OUR NEIGHBOR GETS HER BILL WHICH HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED BY THE WAY SHE CALLS AND YOUR PEOPLE TELL HER THERE ARE NO OUTAGES IN OUR AREA REALLY. THE WHOLE EAST SIDE OF KINDER HAS NO DSL AND NONE OF YOUR PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO FIX IT . I GOT SO FED UP WITH YOUR COMPANY THIS MORNING I TALK TO MY STATE REPRESENTATIVE DEWITH CARRIER WHO JUST HAPPENS TO BE ON MY BOARD OF DIRECTORS THEN I MADE A PHONE CALL TO THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION THEN I CALLED CONGRESSMAN MIKE JOHNSON AND THEN I CALLED REPRESENTATIVE HEATHER CLOUD SO YOU HAD BETTER PUT YOUR BIG BOY PANTIES ON BECAUSE YOU ARE GOING TO NEED THEM BY THE TIME THEY GET THROUGH WITH YOUR COMPANY. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU GET TECHNICIANS OUT TO OUR NEIGHBORHOOD AND GET OUR DSL FIXED OR GIVE US THE TRUTH ON WHY IT ISN'T GETTING FIXED BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY IS GOING TO HAVE TO ANSWER TO SOMEONE.
