@centurylink – Glen Post – Dear Sir, I am contacting you as a last resort for a dispute I have

Dear Sir,
I am contacting you as a last resort for a dispute I have with your company. In October of this year I contact your company to complain of the speed of which my internet was receiving. A service man was dispatched and inspected the incoming lines. His assessment was that the line were so old hat the service I was told I'd receive would not be possible, the lines were of an age that use paper to insult instead of what is currently use to shield.
At that point I called to disconnect service as of the date service would end Oct 16th. On Oct. 22nd I receive a bill for the following month for $57.55. When I called I tried to escalate and was told some would in 7-10, no one ever called. I will not be paying this bill. I have excellent credit and will not pay this remaining bill. Please help!
