James Kirkpatrick sent a message to Glen Post that said:
Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc
Dear sir
I have done business with you since the 80's and for the most part been happy with the service your company has provided, but in the case of working for Jim Thompson. This has been a nightmere.
It all started when their apartment got flooded, and they had to move. Jim runs a small home based insurance business , Comcast was to move the phone line but lost it, and lied about it for 2 or so weeks.
Then they tell me the truth the number has been flipped back to Century Link, and was now open for any one to get. I call you the first time and they lady said that we got the number for you and it can be installed in the building on the 18 of april, but someone will have to come in the apartment. I said
please get in the building and when they get back we will have a tech install it to the apartment. guess what I called on yesterday 24th and the tech said nope you can not get the number so I told him I wanted to talk to a supervisor, he put me on hold then came back and said we are good to go for an install today from 8:00 am to 5:00 so I called Jim and he waited almost 1/2 day . I call again today and give the person the number and the oder # n81809666. which they replied it was not in the system, he called another guy and said not in the system so... we had to start the whole process over again... really...... then they tell me it can not be installed until Wednesday of next week. order number N818590601...Phone number in I am talking about 303.393.2380.
I told him if this is the best you can do fine, but I want you to have a supervisor call me , because this is just not real..... When did employee start lying about things... really disappointed in this call , not just one but many of your employee's either lied or did not know what the were doing on the matter , would love to chat with you sometime about this.. you see I love you company and don't want stuff like this to bring you down. thanks for your consideration James Kirkpatrick owner of Comprehensive Computer Services Since 1993 .
