Having the hardest time getting your service installed into a newly built home. I have spent hours on the phone and been transferred to multiple departments (all of whom ask for the same information over and over). I have yet to have anyone truly help or try to help other than transferring me or trying to sell me your product. I have requested multiple times to speak with supervisors at which point I am put on hold for several minutes and at times the line is disconnected. I have tried phone calls, online chat, and email.
The inefficient manner of the transfers and the fact that wave broadband was able to provide what was needed with one phone call and no transfers in less than 10 min shows just how subpar the customer relations skills of this company are.
